I do my very best to get these orders out quickly, and print orders usually ship within a week. But it's a one man show here, so there might be some delays during print releases, and during art shows. Please let me know if you need a print by a certain date.

All orders shipped FLAT. Do not ask me to ship in a tube cause it's not gonna happen. 

Orders in the US will ship via UPS Ground.

International Orders will ship via DHL or USPS Priority International. I always try DHL first, but some destinations are insanely expensive.

Small prints always ship via USPS First Class unless specified otherwise.

Some notes on international shipping. 

I know it's expensive but I have no control over the price of shipping. What I do have control over is making it as affordable as I can. That means I charge a flat rate which is below that actual cost of shipping so I end up covering some of the cost of shipping outside of the States. I very much appreciate my international buyers and want to share some of the cost.

Duty Fees: There is sometimes a duty fee for packages entering some countries. Many times, they will hold the package at your local post office until you come to pay the duty fees in person. This is especially true in the UK. If you are wondering where your print is, check your post office. 

Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your products, go jump in a river. I kid, I kid. I always want my collectors to be happy with their purchases so let me know if anything doesn't meet your standards and I'll certainly refund you or work something else out.

Damages

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes packages get crushed, or stabbed or just generally jacked up.

If your order gets damaged, please email me right away and I'll get a new order going for you.

Also, please keep the packaging as some shipping companies require the original damaged package for me to make a claim. They really make the whole process a pain so I appreciate the assistance!
